The hazard identification and risk analysis systems for marine environment

Shipping accidents are unforeseeable events that cause financial loss, property damage, marine environmental pollution, and the death or injury of people. Human error, technical failures, natural conditions, shipping factors, route conditions, and cargo-related factors are all factors that contribute to these incidents. When wildfires and bombings destroy the marine environment in a matter of minutes on land, events like oil spills put our seas and oceans in jeopardy in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately, maritime accidents are unavoidable, despite creative and innovative technologies in the shipping sector and strict adherence to safety rules and regulations. This paper discusses marine accidents and how those affect the marine environment with prevention protocols.
